Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale 11/25-12/2 are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY and are not eligible for refunds. International orders and items marked FINAL SALE are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
The Black Friday Sale discount is valid on orders $50 or greater. Discounts are applied before the cost of shipping and tax and can't be applied to Digital Gift Cards or items in the Warehouse Sale. Warehouse Sale items are priced as marked. The Black Friday Sale discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

What size am I in Storq?If you are currently expecting and shopping for clothing, you will choose according to your pre-pregnancy size. One size should take you from the beginning to end of pregnancy and beyond. If you are shopping for bras (see our Complete Guide To Nursing Bra Sizing) or you are postpartum, please choose according to your current size. Our garments are made to accommodate growing bellies, boobs, and butts, but be sure to read the product details for any style you’re interested in, as individual items may have different notes on fit and sizing. Our size chart is linked on every product page, and images will list basic sizing info for each model, along with more detailed model sizing info in the size + fit section.

Help! I've ordered from Storq before but your sizing looks different now. Has it changed?Our sizing is the same, but we have updated our size names to make size selection easier (hopefully!). If you were a Storq size 1 before, you will be an XS, and so forth. Double check your measurements on the chart to make sure it matches your pre-pregnancy self or your current postpartum self. Hit us up with any questions!
How do I care for my Storq pieces?Please read the unique care instructions for each style, they’re listed on the garments and in the care + content section of each product page for easy reference. For the majority of our clothing, we suggest turning your garments inside out and machine or hand washing in cold with like colors using mild detergent. Then laying flat to dry. This is not only optimal for the environment, but it will prolong the life of your clothes as well.
Where is Storq made?Storq products are ethically made in the U.S., Peru, and China. This means that when we’re selecting our manufacturing partners, we place a premium on quality, compliance with worker safety, fair wages, and commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
Do you offer discounts for buying multiples? To make it easier to stock up on your daily favorites, we offer bulk discounts on select styles using our Buy & Save feature. You’ll qualify for an automatic 10% discount when you purchase 2 or more of the following styles: Soft Touch Nursing Tank, Everyday Bra and Recovery Briefs. Discounts on buying multiples are disabled during site wide promotions.
What's the deal with this promo code or sale price? Good question! You should definitely read the fine print, as items purchased using promotional codes are often only eligible for return for store credit or are final sale. Discounts are applied before the cost of shipping and tax and can't be applied to gift cards.

Can I combine discount codes?Only one discount can be applied per order. If you're experiencing issues applying your discount code please contact us at hello@storq.com and we'll help troubleshoot.
What if I bought something that's now on sale?Items purchased at full price within 3 days of the start of a sale are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of the sale start date.
Sale price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively.
Can I send Storq as a gift?Storq makes a very awesome gift. One way to go is our digital gift card, which will be sent to you via email. Another option is to add a gift note at checkout which will be printed on the packing slip, and we’ll be sure to hide all prices.
Why am I seeing waitlist or preorder items?To ensure high quality goods, we produce our products in small batches. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock or available for pre-order.
The silver lining? For out-of-stock items you can sign up for our product waitlist and we’ll notify you by email when it becomes available for purchase. For pre-orders, you can place an order right this very moment, and we’ll endeavor to ship it right to your door by the estimated ship date on the product page.
Please note: For both domestic and international customers, any orders that contain pre-order items will ship complete when all items are in-stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before the pre-order items, we recommend placing a separate order.
Do you accept orders from international customers?We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, the EU and New Zealand. To avoid any surprises, the total shipping cost including any taxes and duties will be calculated and pre-paid at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 8-14 business days. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, all international orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.
What are these taxes and duties I am seeing at checkout?All international shipments will pre-pay any taxes and duties at the time of checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties upon receipt.
My order won't go through. What's up?An error message indicates there may be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your card information is free from typos, and that you are using the latest version of your web browser.
Can I change or cancel my order?We do our best to ship out orders on the double. As a result, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@storq.com.
What are your shipping options?We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $125, with the option to upgrade to priority shipping. Standard ground typically arrives within 3-6 business days once the order has shipped, and priority orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days once the order has shipped. Up up and away!
Do you ship internationally?We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, the EU and New Zealand. To avoid any surprises, the total shipping cost including any taxes and duties will be calculated and pre-paid at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 8-14 business days. When will my order ship?Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase from South Dakota, pending availability and credit verification.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and give us a little extra time during holidays or special promotions to get everything out the door to you. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped at the start of the following business week.

When will my order arrive?No-rush domestic orders typically arrive 4-9 business days after shipping. Priority domestic orders should arrive withing 2-3 business days after shipping.
Pending customs, international orders should arrive 8 - 14 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates once the order has left our warehouse.

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation is something is amiss with your address. Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.
How do I proceed if my order doesn't arrive?Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location. If your order goes MIA, you can file a claim here or reach out to us at hello@storq.com (if you purchased package protection) or the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email. Please see details on package protection below.
What's the deal with package protection?Customers can purchase package protection for their shipments at checkout. This protects shipments in the event of loss, theft or damage. If you’ve purchased package protection and something has happened to your package, please reach out to us at hello@storq.com. To opt out, simply toggle the package protection button off at checkout before submitting your order, but please note that by deselecting this protection, we will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. Package protection is available to domestic U.S. orders only.

Lost packages: In the event your package is lost, we will replace your order. Orders are presumed to be lost after 5 business days have passed from the estimated delivery date given from the carrier, and no delivery or tracking update has been made. If the carrier has not provided an estimated delivery date, the package is assumed to be lost if there have been no updates to the tracking information for 5 business days.
Stolen packages: Orders that have tracking information marked as delivered but the package was not received are presumed to be stolen and are eligible for replacement. In the event this occurs, please notify us no sooner than 5 business days from the date it was marked as delivered, and no longer than 10 business days from the date it was marked delivered. We include a 5 day waiting period as these types of packages are often found on premises or a delivery attempt is made in the following days.
Damaged items: We will gladly replace your order if your Storq items have been damaged as a result of damage to the packaging during transit. Please notify us immediately if your package has been damaged and include a photo of the damaged package. This does not cover manufacturing defects, but if you’ve received an item with a manufacturer defect please contact us immediately.
What package protection doesn’t cover:
If the wrong address was entered at the time of order, package protection does not cover this. If this happens, please reach out to us immediately!
Carrier delays to due inclement weather, emergencies, or other barriers to delivery.
What is your regular return policy?We want you to be over the moon with your Storq purchase. But sometimes it doesn’t work out and that’s OK! We gladly accept exchanges and returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them within 30 days from the order date.

You have the option to return your item(s) for store credit, refund or exchange by mail, or in-person at your local Happy Returns Bar. There will be a $9.95 shipping and return fee for mail-in refunds, or a $5.95 return fee for in-person drop off refunds. Exchanges and store credit are always free! Plus, if you opt to return for store credit you’ll get an additional $10 in store credit as a thank you from us. Because we love you.

How do I make an exchange?To initiate a return for exchange click here: start my return.Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed until they are dropped off in-person and confirmed or received and processed by our warehouse. If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
After your return has been received and your exchange order has shipped, it will take an average of 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.
We cannot offer exchanges to international customers at this time. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
Can I exchange for a different style?At this time we cannot process exchanges for a different style, only a different color or size of the same style. If you’re looking for a different style, we recommend initiating a return for store credit and placing a new order.
Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed until they are dropped off in-person and confirmed or received and processed by our warehouse.
How do I return a gift?To get started with a gift return, click ‘Start Here’ next to ‘Received a gift?’ at the bottom of our returns portal. All gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit, or processed as an exchange if requested. Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
Do you cover return shipping?For domestic customers who wish to mail their return, we provide return prepaid shipping labels. Exchanges and returns for store credit by mail are free! Returns made with refunds to the original form of payment will have an $9.95 return fee deducted from the refund total. Any original shipping fees are nonrefundable. For international customers, due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, all orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.
How long does it take to process a return?In-person returns for exchange, refund or store credit will be processed immediately upon receipt and confirmation. If you return by mail, your packages will ship via USPS, which may experience delays from time to time.
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
How do I access my store credit? If you've opted to return for store credit, we waive the return fee and also provide an additional $10 bonus in store credit as a thank you from us! When you drop off your return in-person and it’s approved, you will automatically receive your store credit via email. If you mailed in your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your package arrives at our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email notification with a gift card code for the amount of your returned items (less the original shipping cost).
What happens if I receive a damaged item?That’s no good! Please contact us immediately at hello@storq.com as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
