HOW DO STORQ BASICS FIT?
Our garments are made to accommodate growing bellies, and boobs, and butts. As such, all our fabrics are nice and stretchy and one size will get you from beginning to end of pregnancy.
We recommend checking the sizing specs of the basics by clicking the “sizing” link on product pages. The most relevant size determining measurements tend to be the bust and length of the dress, and the waist and length of the skirt and leggings. If you’re uncertain on size, it’s always better to size down if you prefer a tight fit and to size up if you prefer a little more room.
For reference, our model in the on-white images on the Basics page, Fern, is 5’10” and wears a pre-pregnancy 2-4. She’s wearing all Size 2 items, and they have a slightly looser fit on her.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BASICS?
To prolong the life of your basics, we suggest turning your garments inside out and machine or hand washing in cold with like colors using mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.
WHERE IS STORQ MADE?
Storq products are ethically made in the U.S. and China. This means that when we’re selecting our manufacturing partners, we place a premium on quality, compliance with worker safety, fair wages, and commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
CAN I SWAP OUT OR MIX AND MATCH ITEMS IN A BUNDLE?
Pre-packaging the items together is what allows us to offer our bundles at a discount so we can’t offer any customization.
CAN I SEND STORQ AS A GIFT?
Storq makes a very awesome gift. One way to go is our digital gift card, which will be sent to you via email. Another option is to add a gift note at checkout which will be printed on the packing slip, and we’ll be sure to hide all prices.
Note for our international friends, we can’t legally mark items as gifts on any customs export documents, gift note or non. To minimize surprises, we always suggest checking the import policies in the country of your gift. Hip hip!
WHY AM I SEEING WAITLIST OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
To ensure high quality goods, we produce our products in small batches. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock or available for pre-order.
The silver lining? For out-of-stock items you can sign up for our product waitlist and we’ll notify you by email when it becomes available for purchase. For pre-orders, you can place an order right this very moment, and we’ll ship it right to your door by the date specified on the product page.
Note, for our domestic customers all in-stock products ship within 48 hours, and pre-order products ship separately when the product is available, at no additional cost. International orders ship when all items are in stock. If you are an international shopper and want to receive your in-stock items before the pre-ordered items, we recommend placing a separate order.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?
We do! You’ll see a list of countries we ship to at checkout. If you have another country you’d like us to deliver to please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return, and international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes, or fees that are the sole responsibility of the recipient. And as mentioned above, even if you use the gift note at checkout, we can’t legally mark items as gifts or undervalue them on any customs documents.
MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT’S UP?
An error message indicates there may be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your card information is free from typos, and that you are using the latest version of your web browser.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship out orders on the double. As a result, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
WHERE’S MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately after completing checkout. If for some reason you don’t, check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find it, shoot us an email at email@example.com.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For domestic orders, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150. Up up and away! If your order is < $150 or international, we offer flat-rate standard ground shipping and international shipping.
We also offer flat-rate expedited shipping via UPS 2-Day for orders placed before 1pm EST. If you place an order using our expedited shipping option after 1pm EST your order will ship the following business day via UPS 2-Day delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase from South Dakota, pending availability and credit verification. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays and orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped at the start of the following business week. Expedited shipping orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same business day.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our very hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. For domestic orders, we estimate you’ll receive your order within 3 - 6 business days after its ship date. Pending customs, international orders should arrive in 6 - 13 business days after shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation is something is amiss with your address. Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.
HOW DO I PROCEED IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. If your order goes MIA, please contact the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.
WHAT ARE THESE CUSTOMS FEES?
International packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes or other fees. It’s a bummer, but we don’t have control over these fees and cannot not be held responsible for them. We’re also law abiding citizens and thus can’t mark orders as gifts or undervalue them for you even if you use the gift note at checkout. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs or require pre-payment in order to release the goods.
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We want you to be thrilled with your Storq purchase. If you’re not, we give domestic customers 14 days from receiving an order to decide to return it. To do so, simply email email@example.com and we'll get your return started for you.
DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A RETURN?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Clothing items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that your received them. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and we reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. Returns without a valid Return Authorization number will be ineligible for return or credit so just remember to shoot us an email to get that squared away before sending anything back.
International orders, body and beauty goods, sale items, gift cards, and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for refund.
CAN I RETURN JUST ONE OR TWO PIECES FROM MY BUNDLE ORDER?
We don’t accept partial returns of bundles, they must be returned in full.
DO YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING?
We offer easy returns. This means that we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label along with your Return Authorization number. The cost of return shipping, $8 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, we’ll refund the full purchase price of any returned items (less the original shipping cost) to your original form of payment. If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH STORQ RECYCLING?
Make the most of of your maternity wardrobe. Instead of burning your old pregnancy attire in a ritual bonfire, we’ve partnered with 2ReWear to help you recycle it. Shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of the rest. All proceeds from the Storq pieces you donate will go to The Homeless Prenatal Program and in return you’ll get a $25 gift certificate towards a future Storq order for doing your part to help lighten our landfills.
