HOW DO STORQ BASICS FIT?

Our garments are made to accommodate growing bellies, and boobs, and butts. As such, our Basics fabric is nice and stretchy and one size will get you from beginning to end of pregnancy. Be sure to read the size chart on our product pages and sizing info for each model can be found in the Size + Fit zone.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BASICS?

To prolong the life of your basics, we suggest turning your garments inside out and machine or hand washing in cold with like colors using mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.

WHERE IS STORQ MADE?

Storq products are ethically made in the U.S., Peru, and China. This means that when we’re selecting our manufacturing partners, we place a premium on quality, compliance with worker safety, fair wages, and commitment to minimizing environmental impact.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THIS PROMO CODE OR SALE PRICE?

Good question! You should definitely read the fine print, as items purchased using promotional codes are often only eligible for return for store credit or are final sale. Discounts are applied before the cost of shipping and tax and can't be applied to gift cards.

Items marked FINAL SALE and items purchased on sale 30% off or greater are not eligible for return or exchange. You will see FINAL SALE indicated on the product page and again in your cart. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.

CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?

Only one discount can be applied per order. If you're experiencing issues applying your discount code please contact us at hello@storq.com and we'll help troubleshoot.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT SOMETHING THAT'S NOW ON SALE?

Items purchased at full price within 3 days of the start of a sale are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of the sale start date.

Sale price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively.

CAN I SEND STORQ AS A GIFT?

Storq makes a very awesome gift. One way to go is our digital gift card, which will be sent to you via email. Another option is to add a gift note at checkout which will be printed on the packing slip, and we’ll be sure to hide all prices.

WHY AM I SEEING WAITLIST OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

To ensure high quality goods, we produce our products in small batches. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock or available for pre-order.

The silver lining? For out-of-stock items you can sign up for our product waitlist and we’ll notify you by email when it becomes available for purchase. For pre-orders, you can place an order right this very moment, and we’ll endeavor to ship it right to your door by the estimated ship date on the product page.

Please note: For both domestic and international customers, any orders that contain pre-order items will ship complete when all items are in-stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before the pre-order items, we recommend placing a separate order.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

We currently ship internationally to the EU and Canada. To avoid any surprises, the total shipping cost including any taxes and duties will be calculated and pre-paid at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 8-14 business days. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, all international orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.

WHAT ARE THESE TAXES AND DUTIES I'M SEEING AT CHECKOUT?

All international shipments will pre-pay any taxes and duties at the time of checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties upon receipt.

MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT’S UP?

An error message indicates there may be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your card information is free from typos, and that you are using the latest version of your web browser.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do our best to ship out orders on the double. As a result, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@storq.com.

WHERE’S MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

You should receive an email confirmation immediately after completing checkout. If for some reason you don’t, check your spam folder and add hello@storq.com to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find it, shoot us an email at hello@storq.com.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to additional safety precautions being taken by our warehouse team, orders may take a few extra days to ship out. Additionally, domestic and international shipping times may be longer than usual, and expedited shipping is currently suspended.

Expedited UPS 2-Day orders must be placed by 1pm EST for same business day shipping. If you place an order using our expedited shipping option after 1pm EST your order will ship the following business day. Please note, expedited shipping does not include the option of Saturday delivery. 

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH ROUTE?

Customers can now purchase insurance for their shipments at checkout with Route. Route provides detailed tracking information and protects shipments in the event of loss, theft or damage. Should anything happen to your package, Route makes filing claims super quick and painless. To opt out, simply toggle the Route button off at checkout before submitting your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase from South Dakota, pending availability and credit verification. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and give us a little extra time during holidays or special promotions to get everything out the door to you. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped at the start of the following business week. Expedited shipping orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same business day.

Please note: For both domestic and international customers, any orders that contain pre-order items will ship complete when all items are in-stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before the pre-order items, we recommend placing a separate order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please note all domestic carriers are experiencing delivery delays. Rest assured we are all working hard to get your order to your door as quickly as possible, but it might take a bit longer than usual. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time :)

Pending customs, international orders should arrive 8 - 14 business days after shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation is something is amiss with your address. Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.

HOW DO I PROCEED IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. If your order goes MIA, please contact Route (for insured packages) or the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be over the moon with your Storq purchase. But sometimes it doesn’t work out and that’s OK! We gladly accept exchanges and returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them within 30 days from the order date. All international orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.

You have the option to return your item(s) for store credit, refund or exchange by mail, or in-person at your local Happy Returns Bar. Once your return has been dropped off in-person or received by our warehouse, we will either initiate your exchange, process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit as requested. Please note: If you purchased using a combination of store credit and another form of payment, you will be refunded the same way: a combo of store credit and a refund to your other form of payment.

Pro tip: If you’re eager to get your store credit, refund, or exchange an item quickly, your best bet is to drop off in-person at a Happy Returns Bar. Once you drop off, your store credit, refund, or exchange order will be initiated instantly, increasing the likelihood that what you need will be in stock and ready to go.

Please note there will be an $8 return fee for returns by mail. Drop-off returns, store credits and exchanges are always free.

Bundle & Save returns: if you are returning select items or a complete custom bundle, please review our Bundle & Save returns policy below.

Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. This includes international orders, beauty/body items, baby bundles, gift cards, items purchased from the Sale section, and items purchased with merchandise credit. You will see a red FINAL SALE tag in your cart and again during checkout. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed until they are dropped off in-person and confirmed or received and processed by our warehouse. If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

After your return has been received and your exchange order has shipped, it will take an average of 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

We cannot offer exchanges to international customers at this time. All international orders are FINAL SALE.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE?

At this time we cannot process exchanges for a different style, only a different color or size of the same style. If you’re looking for a different style, we recommend initiating a return for store credit and placing a new order.

Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed until they are dropped off in-person and confirmed or received and processed by our warehouse.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?

To get started with a gift return, click ‘Start Here’ next to ‘Received a gift?’ at the bottom of our returns portal. All gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit, or processed as an exchange if requested. Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

BUNDLE & SAVE ORDERS RETURN POLICY

Orders for any of our custom Bundle & Save bundles (4 or 5 Piece Maternity Capsule Collection, New to Nursing, Lounge Sleep Repeat) can be returned for a refund or store credit. You also have the option of a free exchange if you wish to exchange items from your bundle in a different color or size of the same style. To initiate a return click here: start my return.

Once your return has been dropped-off and confirmed or received at our warehouse, we will either initiate your free exchange, process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit as requested. If you selected an exchange and the size or color you wish to exchange your bundle item for is not available when your return is received at our warehouse you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.

CAN I RETURN JUST ONE OR TWO PIECES FROM MY BUNDLE ORDER?

Yes! If you’re returning items from a custom bundle (ex: 4 or 5 Piece Maternity Capsule Collection, New to Nursing, Lounge Sleep Repeat) please proceed as you would for a standard return, exchange, or store credit. DO YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING?

When you drop-off in-person returns are always free. For domestic customers who wish to mail in their return, we provide return prepaid shipping labels. Returns made with refunds to the original form of payment will have an $8 return fee deducted from the refund total. Exchanges and returns for store credit by mail are free! For international customers, due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, all orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

In-person returns for exchange, refund or store credit will be processed immediately upon receipt and confirmation. If you return by mail, your packages will ship via USPS, which may experience delays from time to time. With the added safety protocols at our warehouse, return processing may take longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience during these challenging times.

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY STORE CREDIT?

If you've opted to return for store credit, we waive the $8 return fee and provide a free return shipping label. When you drop off your return in-person and it’s approved, you will automatically receive your store credit via email. If you mailed in your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your package arrives at our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email notification with a gift card code for the amount of your returned items (less the original shipping cost). 

Please note: Warehouse operations are a bit slower than usual due to current safety protocols, but rest assured we are working as quickly as possible to process your store credit :)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

CLOTHING DONATIONS

Instead of burning your maternity wardrobe in a ritual bonfire, we've partnered with Homeless Prenatal Program and Alternatives for Girls to pass on your gently used Storq goods to families in need. All clothing donations will go directly to expecting mamas, so please be sure all items are laundered and wearable, and in return you’ll get a $25 gift certificate towards a future order.
