HOW DO STORQ BASICS FIT?
Our garments are made to accommodate growing bellies, and boobs, and butts. As such, our Basics fabric is nice and stretchy and one size will get you from beginning to end of pregnancy. Be sure to read the size chart on our product pages and sizing info for each model can be found in the Size + Fit zone.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BASICS?
To prolong the life of your basics, we suggest turning your garments inside out and machine or hand washing in cold with like colors using mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.
WHERE IS STORQ MADE?
Storq products are ethically made in the U.S. and China. This means that when we’re selecting our manufacturing partners, we place a premium on quality, compliance with worker safety, fair wages, and commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
CAN I SWAP OUT OR MIX AND MATCH ITEMS IN A BUNDLE?
Pre-packaging the items together is what allows us to offer our bundles at a discount so we can’t offer any customization.
CAN I SEND STORQ AS A GIFT?
Storq makes a very awesome gift. One way to go is our digital gift card, which will be sent to you via email. Another option is to add a gift note at checkout which will be printed on the packing slip, and we’ll be sure to hide all prices.
Note for our international friends, we can’t legally mark items as gifts on any customs export documents, gift note or non. To minimize surprises, we always suggest checking the import policies in the country of your gift. Hip hip!
WHY AM I SEEING WAITLIST OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
To ensure high quality goods, we produce our products in small batches. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock or available for pre-order.
The silver lining? For out-of-stock items you can sign up for our product waitlist and we’ll notify you by email when it becomes available for purchase. For pre-orders, you can place an order right this very moment, and we’ll endeavor to ship it right to your door by the estimated ship date on the product page.
Note, for our domestic customers all in-stock products ship within 48 hours, and pre-order products ship separately when the product is available, at no additional cost. Orders to Canada ship when all items are in stock. If you are a Canadian shopper and want to receive your in-stock items before the pre-ordered items, we recommend placing a separate order.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THIS PROMO CODE OR SALE PRICE?
Good question! You should definitely read the fine print, as items purchased using promotional codes are often only eligible for return for store credit or are final sale. Discounts are applied before the cost of shipping and tax and can't be applied to gift cards.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. You will see a FINAL SALE tag in your cart and again during checkout. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT SOMETHING THAT'S NOW ON SALE?
Items purchased at full price within 3 days of the start of a sale are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of the sale start date.
Sale price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?
Please note: Because ezGlobalShop and comGateway are third-party forwarders, shipping with them is at your own risk. If you need help locating a package after we’ve shipped it off to them, please contact their support teams directly.
International packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes, or fees that are the sole responsibility of the recipient. And as mentioned above, even if you use the gift note at checkout, we can’t legally mark items as gifts or undervalue them on any customs documents.
Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we’re unable to provide pre-paid labels for Canadian returns. You’ll be responsible for shipping the package back to us with the courier of your choice.
MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT’S UP?
An error message indicates there may be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your card information is free from typos, and that you are using the latest version of your web browser.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship out orders on the double. As a result, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
WHERE’S MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately after completing checkout. If for some reason you don’t, check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find it, shoot us an email at email@example.com.

Expedited UPS 2-Day orders must be placed by 1pm EST for same business day shipping. If you place an order using our expedited shipping option after 1pm EST your order will ship the following business day. Please note, expedited shipping does not include the option of Saturday delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase from South Dakota, pending availability and credit verification. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and give us a little extra time during holidays or special promotions to get everything out the door to you. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped at the start of the following business week. Expedited shipping orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same business day.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our very hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. For domestic orders, we estimate you’ll receive your order within 3 - 6 business days after its ship date. Pending customs, Canadian orders should arrive 6 - 13 business days after shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order confirmation is something is amiss with your address. Orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.
HOW DO I PROCEED IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. If your order goes MIA, please contact the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.
WHAT ARE THESE CUSTOMS FEES?
International packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes or other fees. It’s a bummer, but we don’t have control over these fees and cannot not be held responsible for them. We’re also law abiding citizens and thus can’t mark orders as gifts or undervalue them for you even if you use the gift note at checkout. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs or require pre-payment in order to release the goods.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A RETURN?
If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item(s) and place a new order. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and that you will be able to receive your replacement as fast as possible. Returns for store credit are free!
HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
We offer store credit for gift returns. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get your gift return started for you. Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that your received them. Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Underwear, body and beauty goods, gift cards, sale items, and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. You will see a FINAL SALE tag in your cart and again during checkout. Please double check the items in your cart prior to purchase.
CAN I RETURN JUST ONE OR TWO PIECES FROM MY BUNDLE ORDER?
We don’t accept partial returns of bundles, they must be returned in full.
DO YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING?
For domestic customers, we provide return shipping labels. Returns made with refunds to the original form of payment will have an $8 return fee deducted from the refund total. Returns for store credit are free! To initiate a return click here: create return.
For international customers, due to the complexity of international shipping we're unable to provide pre-paid return labels. You'll be responsible for shipping the package back to us with the courier of your choice. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Storq. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, we’ll refund the full purchase price of any returned items (less the original shipping cost) to a Storq gift card or your original form of payment. If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH STORQ RECYCLING?
Make the most of of your maternity wardrobe. Instead of burning your old pregnancy attire in a ritual bonfire, we’ve partnered with Homeless Prenatal Program to help you pass on your gently used Storq goods to families in need. All donations will go directly to expecting mamas through Homeless Prenatal Program, so please be sure all items are laundered and in wearable condition.
