Our holiday shipping deadline has passed. But good news! All US order ship free until 12/24 and Digital gift cards are here for you 24/7.

Our holiday shipping cutoff is 12/14. While we are doing our very best to get orders out the door and into your hands as quickly and safely as possible, we do rely on our shipping partners to make this happen. Please note that this year we cannot guarantee 100% every package will arrive by 12/24, we appreciate your understanding.

We’re getting a few details squared away sooner than later, so read on for important holiday shopping infos.

Based on what we're hearing, it may be a particularly challenging year for online shopping. So we’re reaching out way, way early to share a few tips so we can all make it through this together with our sanity, our joy and a few perfect gifts for the ones we love.

1. Shop early if you can. A bird in the hand is worth two in the…bush. If you’re eyeing something specific, we recommend factoring in longer than usual shipping wait times and potential stock outs and getting your shopping done sooner rather than later. If you're looking for ideas, we made a Gift Guide for you. Bundles make great gifts, too.

2. Check your order details. Then check them again. Autofill with your old address does happen, but you can make sure it doesn’t happen to you. Always be sure to triple check your that your order confirmation email has the correct address details and lists the right size, style and color. If something’s amiss, send us a note ASAP!

3. Gift cards = No snail mail fail. If you’d prefer to go fully digital and avoid snail mail altogether, you might just be the smartest person in the room. They also make a solid last-minute option if timing is tight.

4. Hey, we are all doing our very best! And we love you. Our team is small and very dedicated to customer satisfaction. Please keep in mind that we will always work hard to find a solution when something goes wrong, but the circumstances may not always be in our control. A little kindness goes a really long way. And remember to breathe.

4. Is there anything we can do to help? Ask away. We are always somewhere in the virtual ether. We’re very good at replying promptly and with some sass.
