Hello and welcome to all of the cliches about being at the end of your rope. This is it. You have arrived.
We’ve all probably had a pretty rough go of quarantine so far, and with no real end in sight, it can be hard not to let it all get you way, way down. Being pregnant or newly postpartum or a person with kids adds another dimension of complexity to what is already an undeniably difficult circumstance. In case you need it, consider this a reminder that there is no wrong way to go through this. We all feel a little bit (or a lot) lost right now, and that’s ok.
Through all of this, it’s important to make sure to take care of yourself both mentally and physically. Figuring out how to carve out time for self care was not always easy before quarantine but now it’s mandatory. This is our sternest tough love voice because we are on your side. Just do it.
Here is our ongoing list of ways to take care of yourself during an unprecedentedly stressful time.
